Gift Shop Associate

• Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude
• Assist customers in finding and purchasing gifts, snacks, and other items from the gift shop
• Maintain a clean and organized gift shop environment
• Restock and replenish inventory as needed
• Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Keep track of inventory levels and communicate any low stock or popular items to management
• Assist in creating attractive and eye-catching displays to promote products
• Monitor and adhere to all healthcare facility policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve the gift shop experience for customers and make recommendations for changes or additions to inventory
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times, representing Piedmont Healthcare in a positive light to customers and colleagues
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and on time
• Attend all required training and meetings to stay updated on new products, procedures, and policies.
