  1. Develop customized exercise plans for patients with cardiac conditions, taking into consideration their individual needs and limitations.
  2. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and medical histories to determine appropriate exercise regimens.
  3. Monitor and track patients' progress, adjusting exercise plans as needed to ensure optimal results.
  4. Educate patients on the benefits of regular exercise for improving cardiovascular health and overall well-being.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and physical therapists, to ensure coordinated care for patients.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, progress, and treatment plans.
  7. Stay up-to-date on the latest research and developments in exercise physiology and cardiac health to continually improve treatment methods.
  8. Provide emotional support and motivation to patients as they work towards their health goals.
  9. Ensure that all equipment and facilities used for exercise programs are safe and in proper working condition.
  10. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in patient care and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Exercise Physiology Or Related Field

  • Certification As A Clinical Exercise Physiologist (Cep) Through The American College Of Sports Medicine (Acsm)

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working With Cardiac Patients In A Hospital Or Clinical Setting

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Cardiac Conditions And Exercise Protocols For Patients With Heart Disease

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Multidisciplinary Healthcare Team And Educate Patients On Exercise And Lifestyle Modifications For Cardiac Health.
