  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive physician compensation strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and values.
  2. Oversee the evaluation and analysis of current physician compensation models and make recommendations for improvements.
  3. Collaborate with various departments, including finance and human resources, to ensure accurate and timely processing of physician compensation.
  4. Communicate regularly with physicians and other stakeholders to gather feedback and address any concerns regarding compensation.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in physician compensation to ensure competitiveness.
  6. Lead and manage a team of compensation professionals to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, providing support and guidance on compensation-related matters.
  8. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  9. Develop and maintain compensation policies and procedures that are fair, transparent, and in line with industry standards.
  10. Collaborate with leadership to develop and manage the physician compensation budget.
  11. Develop and present reports and presentations to senior leadership on physician compensation matters.
  12. Serve as a liaison between physicians and leadership, addressing any concerns and promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  13. Mentor and train team members on physician compensation practices and procedures.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive compensation information with discretion.
  15. Uphold the organization's mission and values in all aspects of the position.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Administration, With A Focus On Physician Compensation And Contract Negotiations.

  • Master's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Regulations, Including Cms Guidelines And Stark Law.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Physicians And Other Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Physician Compensation Plans That Align With Organizational Goals And Strategies.
