1. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility in accordance with Piedmont Healthcare's policies and procedures.
2. Ensure that all patient rooms, public areas, and common spaces are cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis.
3. Restock and replenish supplies in patient rooms and common areas.
4. Follow appropriate infection control protocols to prevent the spread of illness and disease.
5. Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
6. Handle and dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with established safety guidelines.
7. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families by addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
8. Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
9. Collaborate with other members of the EVS team to efficiently complete tasks and maintain a cohesive work environment.
10. Attend all required trainings and meetings to stay updated on industry best practices and safety protocols.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by the EVS Supervisor or Manager.
12. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times while representing Piedmont Healthcare.
13. Follow all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
14. Ensure that all equipment and cleaning supplies are properly maintained and stored.
