  1. Conduct regular evaluations of all programs and processes within Piedmont Healthcare to identify areas of improvement.
  2. Analyze data and present findings in a clear and concise manner to management.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement action plans based on evaluation results.
  4. Maintain accurate and organized records of all evaluations and their outcomes.
  5. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in evaluation to continuously improve our evaluation processes.
  6. Communicate evaluation results and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
  7. Provide support and training to staff on evaluation methods and tools.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and organizations for benchmarking and sharing best practices in evaluation.
  9. Identify potential areas of risk or concern through evaluation findings and make recommendations for corrective action.
  10. Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
  11. Serve as a resource for staff in regards to evaluation processes and procedures.
  12. Contribute to the overall mission and goals of Piedmont Healthcare by ensuring high standards of performance are met through evaluation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Program Evaluation Or Quality Improvement Within A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Policies, Including Joint Commission Standards.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data Collection, Analysis, And Reporting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Healthcare Professionals And Stakeholders.
