- Monitor and record heart activity for patients using EKG equipment
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of EKG readings
- Notify medical staff of any abnormalities or changes in heart activity
- Maintain and troubleshoot EKG equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Adhere to established protocols and procedures for EKG monitoring
- Collaborate with medical team to ensure appropriate patient care based on EKG readings
- Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
- Stay up-to-date on current technology and techniques related to EKG monitoring
- Assist with training and educating new EKG monitor technicians
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Certification In Ekg Monitoring: Candidates Must Possess A Valid Certification In Ekg Monitoring From An Accredited Institution.
Knowledge Of Cardiac Rhythms: A Thorough Understanding Of Cardiac Rhythms And The Ability To Accurately Identify And Interpret Abnormalities Is Essential For This Role.
Experience In Ekg Monitoring: Previous Experience In Ekg Monitoring, Preferably In A Hospital Or Clinical Setting, Is Required For This Position.
Attention To Detail: Strong Attention To Detail And The Ability To Maintain Accurate And Detailed Records Is Crucial For This Role.
