ED Flow Coordinator

1. Coordinate patient flow through the emergency department, ensuring timely and efficient care for each patient.
2. Monitor patient wait times and work with staff to identify and resolve any delays or issues.
3. Communicate with healthcare team members to ensure all necessary resources are available for patient care.
4. Serve as a liaison between the emergency department and other departments within the hospital to facilitate smooth transitions and transfers.
5. Oversee and manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
6. Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategies for improving patient flow and reducing wait times.
7. Train and mentor staff on best practices for managing patient flow.
