  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the delivery of high-quality imaging services that meet the needs of our patients and communities.
  2. Oversee and manage the daily operations of all imaging services, including diagnostic imaging, radiology, and nuclear medicine.
  3. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards related to imaging services.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of imaging services.
  5. Lead and manage a team of imaging professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
  6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to optimize efficiency and quality.
  7. Develop and manage the imaging services budget, including forecasting, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  8. Stay current with advancements in imaging technology and trends in the healthcare industry, and make recommendations for implementing new technologies and processes.
  9. Collaborate with other departments and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and integrated patient care.
  10. Uphold the values and mission of Piedmont Healthcare by promoting a culture of compassion, excellence, and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Radiologic Technology Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within Imaging Services.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Current Imaging Technology And Industry Trends.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Lead A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments.

  • Current Certification From The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt) Or Other Relevant Professional Organizations.
