  1. Oversee all operations and activities within the Cardiovascular Operating Room, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to improve the quality of care and patient outcomes in the Cardiovascular Operating Room.
  3. Hire, train, and manage a team of surgeons, nurses, and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  4. Monitor and track performance metrics, such as surgical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and financial performance, and make necessary adjustments to achieve optimal results.
  5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, as well as hospital policies and procedures.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and resolve any issues or concerns.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure availability of necessary equipment and supplies.
  8. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and best practices in cardiovascular surgical care, and implement them as appropriate.
  9. Serve as a liaison between the Cardiovascular Operating Room and other departments, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  10. Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, compassion, and dedication to providing exceptional care to patients and their families.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Cardiovascular Operating Room Management, Preferably In A Large Healthcare System.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.

  • Clinical Expertise In Cardiovascular Surgery, Including Knowledge Of Current Procedures, Technology, And Equipment.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With Experience Managing And Mentoring A Team Of Healthcare Professionals.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory And Accreditation Requirements Related To Cardiovascular Operating Rooms, Such As The Joint Commission And Cms Standards.
