- Perform CT scans and other radiology procedures accurately and efficiently, following established protocols and maintaining patient safety.
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of CT equipment, reporting any malfunctions or issues to appropriate personnel.
- Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Review patient medical history and obtain necessary information to ensure appropriate and safe imaging.

Certified Ct Technologist: The Ideal Candidate Should Hold A Valid Certification From The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt) In Computed Tomography (Ct). This Certification Ensures That The Candidate Has Met The Necessary Education And Training Requirements To Perform Ct Scans Accurately And Safely.
Bachelor's Degree In Radiologic Sciences Or Related Field: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Radiologic Sciences Or A Related Field Is Required For The Ct Technician Position. This Qualification Demonstrates The Candidate's Knowledge And Expertise In Radiographic Procedures And Technology.
Experience With Advanced Ct Equipment And Procedures: Piedmont Healthcare Is Looking For A Candidate With Experience In Operating And Maintaining Advanced Ct Equipment, Such As 64-Slice And 128-Slice Scanners. The Candidate Should Also Be Familiar With Performing Specialized Procedures Such As Cardiac And Angiography Scans.
Excellent Patient Care And Communication Skills: As A Ct Technician, The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With Patients, Explaining Procedures, And Ensuring Their Comfort And Safety During The Scan. Therefore, Strong Communication And Patient Care Skills Are Essential For This Role.
