  1. Assist in providing exceptional patient care: The CMA will be responsible for assisting physicians and other healthcare providers in providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients.
  2. Perform administrative tasks: The CMA will be responsible for performing administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and managing phone calls.
  3. Support a diverse community: The CMA will play a crucial role in supporting and providing care to patients from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and age groups.
  4. Demonstrate strong knowledge and skills in healthcare: The CMA will be expected to have a strong background in healthcare and possess the necessary skills to perform duties such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with procedures.
  5. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail: The CMA will be responsible for accurately recording and maintaining patient information, following proper procedures, and paying close attention to detail to ensure the highest level of patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Certified Medical Assistant (Cma) Certification From An Accredited Program.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Primary Care Or Internal Medicine Setting.

  • Proficiency In Electronic Medical Record (Emr) Systems, Specifically Epic.

  • Knowledge Of Basic Medical Terminology, Anatomy, And Physiology, As Well As Experience With Basic Clinical Procedures Such As Phlebotomy And Ekg.
