1. Provide leadership and support to the nursing staff, acting as a resource for clinical knowledge and best practices.

4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement evidence-based practices.

8. Serve as a liaison between the nursing staff and other healthcare professionals, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
9. Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
