1. Oversee and manage the clinical operations of the Pre-Op and Preadmission Testing department.
2. Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with Piedmont Healthcare's standards and guidelines.
3. Develop and implement efficient and effective processes and procedures for the department.
4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
5. Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless coordination and communication between departments.
6. Manage the department budget and resources, making strategic decisions to optimize operations.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the department's performance.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as vendors and healthcare providers.
