
Clinical Manager- Pre-Op, Preadmission Testing

- Oversee and manage the clinical operations of the Pre-Op and Preadmission Testing department.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with Piedmont Healthcare's standards and guidelines.
- Develop and implement efficient and effective processes and procedures for the department.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless coordination and communication between departments.
- Manage the department budget and resources, making strategic decisions to optimize operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the department's performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as vendors and healthcare providers.
- Work closely with the Human Resources department to recruit, hire, and train new staff members.
- Serve as a role model for staff, demonstrating Piedmont Healthcare's values and fostering a positive work culture.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements in the department.
- Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise within the department, taking appropriate action to resolve them.
- Participate in meetings and committees related to the Pre-Op and Preadmission Testing department.
- Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports for the department.
Current Rn Licensure In The State Of Georgia.
Minimum Of Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Management Role, Preferably In Pre-Op Or Preadmission Testing.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Standards Related To Pre-Op And Preadmission Testing.
