  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Operating Room department.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of nurses and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Rn License In The State Of Georgia.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As A Clinical Manager In A Fast-Paced Operating Room Environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Healthcare Field. Master's Degree Preferred.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Nurses And Surgical Technicians.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Surgical Procedures, Equipment, And Sterile Techniques.
