- Develop and implement educational curriculum for clinical lab science program.
- Conduct lectures, workshops, and hands-on training sessions for students.
- Create and maintain a positive learning environment for students.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students in their academic and career pursuits.
- Participate in program planning and evaluation to ensure effective delivery of education.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure consistency and quality in program delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in clinical lab science.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection of students for the program.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.

Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory Setting
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Clinical Laboratory Science Or Related Field
Current Certification As A Medical Laboratory Scientist (Mls) Or Medical Technologist (Mt) By A Recognized Accrediting Agency (Ascp, Amt, Aab, Etc.)
Previous Experience Teaching Or Instructing In A Clinical Lab Science Program Is Preferred
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Teach And Mentor Students Of Varying Levels Of Experience And Knowledge.
