- Develop and implement educational programs for healthcare professionals to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
- Assess and identify training needs of healthcare staff and create customized training plans to address those needs.
- Collaborate with department leaders and subject matter experts to design and deliver effective educational materials and programs.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate healthcare professionals on evidence-based practices and new medical advancements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements and best practices in the healthcare industry to ensure the delivery of relevant and high-quality education.
- Serve as a resource and mentor to healthcare staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Monitor and track the progress and performance of healthcare professionals after completing training programs.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address any knowledge or skill gaps among healthcare staff.
- Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to staff education and development.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of training programs and staff development activities.
- Represent the organization at conferences and events to share knowledge and expertise on clinical education and best practices.
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with healthcare staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to staff education and training.
- Continuously seek feedback and suggestions from healthcare staff to improve the quality and effectiveness of training programs.
A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Relevant Field, Such As Nursing, Medicine, Or Allied Health.
A Valid License Or Certification In The Relevant Field (E.g. Rn, Md, Pt) And In Good Standing.
A Master's Degree In Education, Nursing, Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Adult Learning And Curriculum Development.
Proven Experience In Developing And Delivering Education And Training Programs For Healthcare Professionals.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Teach And Mentor Individuals And Facilitate Group Discussions.
