  1. Develop and implement training programs for imaging staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  2. Evaluate current education practices and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop curriculum and training materials that align with industry standards and best practices.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements related to imaging education.
  5. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback from staff.
  6. Identify and address any knowledge or skills gaps among imaging staff.
  7. Provide ongoing support and guidance to imaging staff to promote their professional development.
  8. Lead and manage a team of educators and trainers to effectively deliver education programs.
  9. Stay updated on advancements and developments in the imaging field to incorporate into training programs.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among imaging staff to promote high-quality patient care.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and vendors for resource sharing and collaboration.
  12. Communicate regularly with management to provide updates and reports on the progress and impact of education programs.
  13. Develop and manage a budget for education and training initiatives.
  14. Ensure adherence to Piedmont Healthcare's mission, vision, and values in all education programs.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate education programs to meet the changing needs of the organization and industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Radiologic Technology Or Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Specifically In Imaging.

  • Prior Experience In Education, Training, Or Management Roles.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Current Imaging Technologies And Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Mentor Staff.
