- Develop and implement clinical programs and protocols to ensure high-quality and efficient patient care.
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, technicians, and support staff.
- Collaborate with other departments and healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in healthcare to continuously improve patient care.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field: A Clinical Coordinator At Piedmont Healthcare Should Have A Strong Educational Background In Nursing Or A Related Field To Effectively Oversee And Coordinate Clinical Operations.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 3 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Supervisory Or Leadership Position.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Standards: The Clinical Coordinator Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Standards, Such As Hipaa And Joint Commission Accreditation, To Ensure Compliance And Quality Of Care.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Key Member Of The Healthcare Team, The Clinical Coordinator Should Have Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Physicians, Nurses, And Other Staff Members.
