1. Welcoming and Greeting Patients: The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) will be responsible for warmly welcoming and greeting patients as they arrive at the Outpatient Urology department. This includes providing a friendly and professional demeanor to help patients feel comfortable and confident in the care they will receive.
2. Assisting Urologists: As a CMA, you will assist our urologists in providing top-notch medical care to our patients. This includes preparing exam rooms, setting up equipment, and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
