Job Qualifications
  • Completion Of A Medical Assistant Training Program: A Candidate For This Position Should Have Completed An Accredited Medical Assistant Training Program And Obtained A Certificate Or Diploma.

  • Certified Medical Assistant (Cma) Credential: Candidates Should Possess A Current Cma Certification From A Recognized Organization, Such As The American Association Of Medical Assistants (Aama).

  • Experience In A Community Care Clinic Setting: Previous Experience Working In A Community Care Clinic, Preferably In A Similar Role, Is Highly Desirable For This Position.

  • Knowledge Of Electronic Health Records (Ehr) Systems: Familiarity With Ehr Systems Is Essential For This Role, As The Community Care Clinic At Piedmont Healthcare Relies Heavily On Electronic Records To Manage Patient Care.

  • Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills: As A Certified Medical Assistant At A Community Care Clinic, The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With Patients From Diverse Backgrounds, As Well As With Other Healthcare Professionals. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Providing Quality Patient Care In This Setting.
