Completion Of A Medical Assistant Training Program: A Candidate For This Position Should Have Completed An Accredited Medical Assistant Training Program And Obtained A Certificate Or Diploma.
Certified Medical Assistant (Cma) Credential: Candidates Should Possess A Current Cma Certification From A Recognized Organization, Such As The American Association Of Medical Assistants (Aama).
Experience In A Community Care Clinic Setting: Previous Experience Working In A Community Care Clinic, Preferably In A Similar Role, Is Highly Desirable For This Position.
Knowledge Of Electronic Health Records (Ehr) Systems: Familiarity With Ehr Systems Is Essential For This Role, As The Community Care Clinic At Piedmont Healthcare Relies Heavily On Electronic Records To Manage Patient Care.
