  1. Provide high-quality care to patients with cardiac conditions, following established protocols and standards of practice.
  2. Collaborate with a team of cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
  3. Conduct thorough assessments, including physical exams and diagnostic tests, to accurately diagnose and treat patients.
  4. Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment options, and necessary lifestyle changes.
  5. Monitor and manage patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  6. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by the supervising physician.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for each patient.
  8. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on advancements in cardiac electrophysiology.
  9. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
  10. Serve as a resource and mentor to other healthcare professionals, including nurses and support staff.
  11. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in data collection and analysis.
  12. Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice and maintain patient confidentiality.
  13. Act as an advocate for patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support.
  14. Attend and actively participate in team meetings, case conferences, and other relevant meetings.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Education: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Master's Degree In Nursing Or Physician Assistant Studies, With A Specialization In Cardiac Electrophysiology.

  • Clinical Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Clinical Experience In Cardiac Electrophysiology Is Required, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Board Certification: Candidates Should Be Board Certified In Their Respective Field (Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant) And Must Maintain Current Certification Throughout Employment.

  • Knowledge Of Electrophysiology Procedures: A Thorough Understanding Of Various Electrophysiology Procedures Such As Ablation, Device Implantation, And Cardiac Mapping Is Necessary.

  • Strong Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Colleagues, And Other Healthcare Professionals. This Includes The Ability To Provide Patient Education And Explain Complex Medical Procedures In A Clear And Understandable Manner.
