Cancer Navigator, Registered Nurse

1. Serve as an expert resource for patients and their families as they navigate through the cancer treatment process.
2. Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families, fostering a compassionate and understanding environment.
3. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

14. Proactively identify and address any barriers or challenges patients may face in their cancer journey.
15. Continuously evaluate and improve upon the cancer navigation program to best meet the needs of patients and their families.
