- Assist patients with scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and providing support for any concerns or issues they may have.
- Utilize the call center system and other technology to accurately and efficiently document patient interactions and maintain patient records.
- Collaborate with other members of the call center team to ensure all calls are answered promptly and all patient needs are addressed in a timely manner.
- Use active listening skills to understand and empathize with patients, and provide appropriate solutions and resources to meet their needs.
- Stay up-to-date on all Piedmont Healthcare services, policies, and procedures in order to provide accurate and knowledgeable information to patients.
