- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering phone calls and scheduling appointments with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns, and going above and beyond to meet their needs.
- Utilize knowledge of the services and products offered at Petco to effectively assist clients in finding the best solutions for their pet's needs.
- Work closely with the veterinary team to ensure smooth and timely flow of appointments and procedures.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of client transactions.
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure the hospital is fully stocked.
- Communicate with other departments within Petco to coordinate services and promotions.
