Job Description

As the first point of contact for our animal hospital, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their furry companions.   • Greet and welcome clients and their pets as they enter the animal hospital
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for veterinary services
  • Check-in clients and their pets for appointments and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
  • Collect payments for services rendered and maintain accurate records of transactions
  • Provide information and answer questions about the animal hospital's services, policies, and procedures
  • Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room
  • Communicate effectively and empathetically with clients regarding their pets' health and treatment plans
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure a smooth flow of clients and patients throughout the day
  • Stay up-to-date on current pet care trends and products to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients
  • Handle client complaints and concerns with professionalism and escalate to management when necessary
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and patient information at all times.
