1. Provide exceptional customer service to both pet owners and their furry companions.
2. Assist veterinarians with routine procedures and surgeries.
3. Administer medications and treatments as directed by the veterinarian.
4. Monitor and document patient vitals and behavior.
5. Prepare and maintain exam rooms and surgical equipment.
6. Educate pet owners on proper care and nutrition for their pets.
7. Handle and restrain animals in a safe and compassionate manner.
8. Maintain accurate medical records and update patient files.
9. Keep inventory of medical supplies and equipment and place orders as needed.
10. Assist with cleaning and sanitizing of the clinic and kennel areas.
11. Monitor and report any changes in animal behavior or health to the veterinarian.
12. Provide guidance and support to new pet owners.
13. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
14. Attend staff meetings and participate in training sessions.
15. Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in animal care.
16. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operation of the clinic.
