  15. Maintain a strong understanding of the store's financial performance and take appropriate action to address any issues.
  16. Represent the company and build relationships with local animal shelters and community organizations.
  17. Ensure the store is in compliance with all safety and health regulations.
  18. Work closely with the human resources department to recruit, train, and retain top talent.
  19. Communicate effectively with corporate leadership and provide regular updates on store performance.
  20. Uphold a strong commitment to the company's mission and values, and ensure they are reflected in all store operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Pet Retail Environment.
