1. Oversee the overall operations and performance of the store to ensure it meets and exceeds company goals and standards.

4. Maintain a deep understanding of the pet industry and stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market changes.

6. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times, following company merchandising and cleanliness standards.
7. Create and maintain relationships with customers and community organizations to promote the store and increase brand awareness.
8. Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to negotiate favorable terms and pricing for products.
9. Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking expenses to achieve financial targets.
