  3. Maintain operational excellence by overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management, stock levels, and store cleanliness.

  6. Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners in the local pet community to drive brand awareness and loyalty.

  8. Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive growth.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and federal regulations.
  10. Collaborate with other Store General Managers and company leaders to share best practices, provide support, and drive overall company success.

Job Qualifications
