  3. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for both customers and employees.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
  5. Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  6. Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are properly stocked and displayed.
  7. Effectively communicate with customers, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  9. Develop and maintain relationships with local pet organizations and businesses to increase community involvement and drive sales.
  10. Create and execute a marketing plan to promote the store and its products/services.
  11. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate company updates, goals, and expectations.
  12. Handle any escalated customer issues or complaints, finding effective resolutions.
  13. Monitor and manage store expenses, staying within budget and finding cost-saving opportunities.
  14. Hire, train, and evaluate employees, providing necessary feedback and opportunities for growth.
  15. Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitors to make informed business decisions.

Job Qualifications
