  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  2. Stock shelves with a variety of pet products, ensuring they are organized and well-maintained.
  3. Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock levels and restocking as needed.
  4. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, following all cash handling procedures.
  5. Help customers find the perfect products for their pets by providing knowledgeable and personalized recommendations.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including register area, shelves, and stockroom.
  7. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers with their purchases.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous and professional manner, escalating to management when necessary.
  9. Follow all safety and security procedures, including proper handling of cash and merchandise.
  10. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations and customer satisfaction.
  11. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
  12. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed about company policies and procedures.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance.
  14. Show dedication and passion for pets and their well-being, promoting responsible pet ownership.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
