  1. Maintain and organize inventory levels by restocking shelves, racks, and displays in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Ensure all products are properly labeled and priced according to company standards.
  3. Receive and unload shipments, checking for accuracy and damages.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized stock room, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
  5. Assist customers with locating products and provide exceptional customer service.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overages to management.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure inventory is accurately counted and recorded.
  8. Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and company policies.
  9. Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Follow company procedures for processing returns and damaged merchandise.
  11. Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move and store inventory.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
  13. Assist in maintaining a visually appealing and welcoming store environment.
  14. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency in inventory management.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In Retail Or Stock Handling, Preferably In A Pet Supply Store Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Different Types Of Pet Products And Their Proper Storage And Shelf Organization.

  • Ability To Lift And Carry Heavy Items, Such As Bags Of Pet Food Or Large Crates.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Organizational Skills To Keep Track Of Inventory And Restocking Needs.
