1. Develop and design engaging and interactive learning experiences for employees, utilizing instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
2. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and create effective learning solutions.
3. Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to determine the most appropriate learning methods and formats.
4. Create and maintain learning materials, including e-learning courses, videos, job aids, and other resources.
5. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning experiences through assessments and feedback, and make necessary improvements.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve the learning experiences.
7. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in training content and messaging.
8. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality learning experiences.
9. Support the implementation and delivery of learning programs, including facilitating training sessions when necessary.
