- Develop and maintain our CRM platforms to ensure efficient and effective customer relationship management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test new CRM strategies and initiatives.
- Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues with the CRM systems, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our CRM strategies.
- Train and mentor junior developers on CRM systems and best practices.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for all CRM processes and procedures.
- Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to understand their needs and provide technical support as needed.
- Analyze and report on CRM performance metrics, making recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure data integrity and security of CRM systems.
- Participate in meetings and discussions to provide insights and input on CRM strategies and initiatives.
Extensive Experience In Crm Development: A Senior Crm Production Developer At Petco Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Developing And Maintaining Crm Systems, Preferably In A Retail Or E-Commerce Setting.
Proficiency In Crm Platforms: The Ideal Candidate Should Have In-Depth Knowledge And Experience Working With Popular Crm Platforms, Such As Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Or Oracle. They Should Be Able To Customize And Integrate These Systems To Meet Petco's Specific Business Needs.
Strong Technical Skills: A Senior Crm Production Developer Should Have A Strong Technical Background, With Expertise In Programming Languages Such As Java, Sql, And Html. They Should Also Be Familiar With Web Services, Apis, And Data Integration Techniques.
Project Management Experience: Petco's Senior Crm Production Developer Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing Crm Development Projects, So Experience In Project Management Is A Must. They Should Be Able To Create And Execute Project Plans, Manage Timelines And Budgets, And Communicate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: In Addition To Technical Expertise, A Senior Crm Production Developer Should Have Strong Analytical Skills And The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues. They Should Also Be Able To Identify Opportunities For Process Improvements And Make Recommendations To Enhance Petco's Crm Capabilities.
