1. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales goals and customer service standards.
2. Train and onboard new sales associates, providing them with the necessary product knowledge and sales techniques.
3. Monitor and track sales performance of the team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.
4. Ensure that the store is properly stocked and merchandised to meet customer demand.
5. Create a welcoming and friendly environment for customers, ensuring that their needs are met and they have a positive shopping experience.
6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
7. Collaborate with other departments and team members to promote and execute store events and promotions.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
9. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the store, adhering to company policies and procedures.
10. Assist in scheduling and payroll management for sales associates.
11. Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishment orders.
12. Follow and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
13. Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability.
14. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to sales associates.
15. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating exceptional customer service and sales skills.
