  2. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and assisting with product selection.
  3. Demonstrate expert knowledge of products and services offered at Petco.
  4. Handle transactions and process payments accurately and efficiently.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and ensure products are properly stocked and displayed.
  6. Educate customers on the benefits of various products and services for their pets.
  7. Actively listen to customer needs and make appropriate recommendations.
