  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Share extensive knowledge and expertise on various pet products and services with customers
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns
  4. Use effective sales techniques to promote and sell products and services to customers
  5. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are properly stocked and displayed
  6. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently
  7. Continuously stay up-to-date on current promotions, events, and company policies
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty
  9. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive work environment
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
  11. Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and other store tasks as needed
  12. Continuously educate oneself on new and existing pet products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
