  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  5. Actively listen to and address any customer concerns or questions, and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
  6. Meet and exceed sales goals by utilizing effective sales techniques and strategies.
  7. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and services offered by Petco, including their features and benefits.
  8. Keep the store clean, organized, and properly stocked at all times to create an inviting and visually appealing shopping environment.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and achieve store objectives.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  11. Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in products and services.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including handling cash transactions and processing returns or exchanges.
