  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
  2. Assist customers in finding the right products for their pets by understanding their needs and making knowledgeable recommendations.
  3. Maintain a strong understanding of all products and services offered by Petco, including pricing, features, and benefits.
  4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including ringing up purchases, accepting payments, and making change.
  5. Keep the sales floor neat, clean, and organized, ensuring products are properly stocked and displayed.
  6. Continuously educate yourself on new products and industry trends to better assist customers.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues, and going above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction.
  8. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive work environment.
  9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Pet Products And Animals: A Sales Associate At Petco Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Various Products And Services Offered At The Store, As Well As A Basic Knowledge Of Different Types Of Pets And Their Needs.
