8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
9. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of various pet products, including food, toys, and grooming supplies.
10. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve knowledge and skills related to pet care and sales techniques.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and confidentiality.
13. Assist with store tasks, such as stocking shelves, cleaning, and organizing, as needed.
