  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Educate customers on products and services offered by Petco.
  3. Help customers find products that meet their specific needs and preferences.
  4. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
  5. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  6. Ensure store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  7. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overages to management.
  8. Continuously build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new products to provide customers with the most relevant information.
  10. Assist in the care and maintenance of animals in the store, including feeding, cleaning, and handling.
  11. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of customers, employees, and animals.
  12. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  13. Attend training and development programs to continuously improve sales and customer service skills.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
