As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering a great shopping experience for our customers while promoting our products and services.   1. Greet and engage customers in a friendly and approachable manner, creating a positive shopping experience for pet owners.

  3. Actively promote and sell Petco products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  4. Demonstrate exceptional customer service by resolving any customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly stocked and displayed.
  6. Continuously educate oneself on new products and services in order to provide customers with the most up-to-date information.

  8. Adhere to all Petco policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
