- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement strategies for effective recruitment and outreach efforts.
- Utilize social media and other platforms to promote Petco's recruitment events and job opportunities.
- Conduct presentations and informational sessions to educate potential candidates about Petco's company culture, values, and job opportunities.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Petco, promoting the company's mission and values to potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates for future recruitment needs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment and outreach strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Collaborate with other departments within Petco to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Recruiting, Event Planning, Or Educational Outreach.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Diverse Stakeholders.
Experience In Developing And Executing Successful Recruitment Strategies And Events.
Knowledge Of The Pet Industry And Passion For Animal Welfare And Pet Care.
