  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of Petco stores to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and pet care.
  2. Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to maximize store productivity and profitability.
  3. Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, such as sales, inventory, and customer feedback, and make necessary adjustments to improve results.
  4. Train, mentor, and supervise store staff to uphold company standards and ensure exceptional customer service.
  5. Ensure all employees are knowledgeable about Petco's products and services, and able to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and merchandising, to develop strategies for increasing store traffic and sales.
  7. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  8. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment for customers and their pets.
  9. Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and new pet care products and services.
  11. Coordinate and assist in store event planning and execution.
  12. Manage store budget and expenses to ensure financial goals are met.
  13. Conduct regular store audits to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards.
  14. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting teamwork, open communication, and recognition of employee achievements.
  15. Embody and promote Petco's mission and values of providing the best care and love for all pets.

Job Qualifications
