We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Operations Manager to join our team and help us fulfill our mission of improving the lives of pets and their owners. As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our store and ensuring that our customers have a seamless and memorable experience.   1. Oversee and manage all aspects of store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and increase sales.
  3. Train and supervise staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and provide excellent customer service.
  4. Create and maintain schedules for store employees, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders as needed to ensure product availability.
  6. Maintain store cleanliness and organization, adhering to company standards and policies.
  7. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Collaborate with other departments and team members to achieve company goals and objectives.
  10. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers for product procurement.
  12. Manage store budget and expenses to ensure profitability.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and market changes to make informed business decisions.
  14. Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company updates and policies.
  15. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Operations Management, Preferably In A Retail Or Pet Industry Setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Drive Results.

  • Experience In Budget Management, Inventory Control, And Process Improvement.

  • Knowledge Of Pet Care Products And Services, As Well As A Passion For Animal Welfare.
