Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Operations Management, Preferably In A Retail Or Pet Industry Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Drive Results.
Experience In Budget Management, Inventory Control, And Process Improvement.
