Merchandising Supervisor

1. Oversee merchandising operations in assigned store locations to ensure the proper presentation and availability of products for customers.
2. Lead and manage a team of merchandising associates, including hiring, training, and scheduling to ensure efficient and effective operations.
3. Develop merchandising strategies in collaboration with the store manager to meet sales and customer service goals.
4. Monitor inventory levels and work with the buying team to ensure timely replenishment of products.
5. Conduct regular store walks to assess merchandise displays, product placement, and overall store appearance.
6. Create and maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure consistency and brand image across all store locations.
7. Train and coach associates on merchandising techniques and standards to maintain high-quality displays.
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions, sales, and special events.
9. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and loss prevention measures.
11. Communicate effectively with store management and corporate teams to provide updates on merchandising activities and performance.
12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
13. Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all team members and provide guidance and support as needed.
