  1. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive revenue and support the overall brand objectives of Petco.
  2. Work closely with top retail partners to create engaging and effective marketing campaigns that reach our target audience of pet parents.
  3. Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs and objectives are met.
  4. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, digital, and social media to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market insights to inform marketing strategies.
  7. Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and ensure they are executed within budget.
  8. Provide regular reports and updates on campaign performance and share insights with key stakeholders.
  9. Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within the retail media network.
  10. Maintain a strong understanding of the retail landscape, including competitor activity and consumer behavior.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for Petco, representing our values and mission to external partners and clients.
  12. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
  13. Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  15. Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure all efforts align with the overall marketing strategy and brand messaging.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Account Management, Preferably In A Retail Or Media Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Retail Media Landscape And Trends.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing Successful Marketing Campaigns And Driving Sales Growth.
