1. Perform grooming services for various types of animals, including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling.
2. Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners and ensure their satisfaction with grooming services.
3. Maintain a clean and safe grooming environment for both pets and colleagues.
4. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing grooming supplies and inventory.
5. Continuously learn and improve grooming skills through training and workshops.
6. Treat all animals with care, compassion, and respect, and ensure their well-being during grooming appointments.
7. Communicate effectively with pet owners, colleagues, and management to meet their needs and expectations.
8. Adhere to all grooming and safety protocols, including proper handling and sanitation of grooming tools.
9. Assist with grooming consultations and recommend appropriate services based on pet's needs.
10. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and professional work environment.
11. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new grooming techniques.
12. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
13. Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude towards all customers and their pets.
14. Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by management.
