  1. Develop and implement effective human resources strategies and policies that align with Petco's mission and values.
  2. Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Hr Management, Preferably In The Retail Industry

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations

  • Experience With Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite
