1. Provide exceptional care to all animals under the care of Petco.
2. Perform medical examinations, diagnose illnesses and injuries, and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
3. Conduct surgical procedures as needed.
4. Educate pet parents on proper animal care and offer advice on preventative measures.
5. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients.
6. Collaborate with other veterinarians and staff to ensure efficient and effective care for all animals.
7. Stay up-to-date on current veterinary practices and advancements in the field.
8. Communicate effectively with pet parents to answer questions, explain diagnoses and treatment plans, and provide updates on their pet's progress.

10. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and the community to promote Petco's mission and values.
11. Participate in continuing education and training opportunities to further enhance skills and knowledge.
12. Adhere to all laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to veterinary medicine.
13. Manage and prioritize a busy caseload while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
14. Provide guidance and support to veterinary technicians and other staff members.
